These villas have a lovely location as they are situated right on the pretty white pebble beach of Aghios Dimitrios. This is a beautiful spot, and as there are only a few other accommodations and one taverna, it is quite peaceful even in high season. The sea is just a few metres from the houses, so they are a perfect accommodation for those in search of a totally relaxed and beach-based holiday.

For a bigger choice of tavernas, there are several at the small fishing hamlet of Kalamakia, approximately 5 kms away, and some more tavernas and cafes at the scenic harbour of Steni Vala, which is a further 3 kms on. There is also a minimarket here for supplies.

The main town of Patitiri is approximately a 30 minute drive from Aghios Dimitrios.

There are three buildings in this small complex:

a one bedroomed cottage built on two levels which sleeps up to four people (2 adults plus 2 children);

further up from the beach is a two bedroomed house;

and even further back is a two level property: the top floor comprises a two bedroomed accommodation which can sleep up to six people (4 adults plus 2 children). On the lower floor is a large studio-apartment which is completely independent as it has its own entrance and terrace. This is open-plan and can sleep up to 4 people (2 adults plus 2 children).

The interiors of all the units have been furnished and decorated to a high standard. All the houses have spacious terraces with wonderful views over the sea to the island of Peristera which lies opposite, and there is a communal barbecue

All the houses have:-

* Kitchen, fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven with hob, kettle, and coffee percolator

* Terrace with sea-views, sunbeds, sun umbrellas/shade, dining table

* Air Conditioning

* Radio

* Satellite TV

Car hire is recommended for ease of access to the other beaches and villages of the island.
