Agnandema Villas

11 kilometres up the coastline from the port town of Patitiri is one of the most, (if not the most), scenic fishing village in the Sporades: Steni Vala. Its little waterfront has some of the very best fish tavernas as well as a couple of cafes. Here you can relax and enjoy watching the comings and goings of yachts and fishing boats, with the backdrop of Peristera island behind.

Within walking distance of the harbour, and just 300 metres from the shingle beach of Glyfa, are located the four houses which comprise Agnandema Villas.

From their spacious terraces, each house has some of the very best views you can imagine. You will probably not be able to tear yourself away and will want to while away the hours and days gazing out to sea, and to Peristera.

The houses themselves are all built in the same style, on one level, incorporating stonework into the exterior walls, and with really spacious terraces with shade and sun, in front of each house.

All houses have the same layout as follows: a roomy open plan living-dining room with TV, kitchen area, equipped with electric oven and hob and fridge-freezer; two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two twins, and a bathroom with shower and WC.

The style of the interiors is rustic, with cool tiled floors throughout and exposed wooden beamed ceilings.

All the houses have:-

* Terrace with sea-views, sunbeds, sun umbrellas/shade, dining table

* satellite TV

Car hire is not essential but recommended for ease of access to the other beaches and villages of the island.
