The complex was built just a few years ago.  All the units are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.

The lowest ground floor comprises three maisonettes:

Each maisonette has a wooden built sleeping platform with twin beds on the upper level whilst on the lower level is the open plan living room with a further two beds, as well as a kitchen area equipped with electric rings and fridge. Off the kitchen area is the fully tiled bathroom with shower and WC. All the maisonettes open into a cool courtyard shaded by citrus trees.

The middle floor of the building comprises two apartments both with a separate bedroom and a spacious open plan living-room/kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a further two people. The kitchen is equipped for the preparation of simple meals. Both apartments have a balcony, with one having sea views, and both have bathrooms with bath and WC.

The top floor of the building comprises studios, all open plan with kitchen area and bathroom with shower and WC. All have their own balcony with lovely views over the sea to the mountains.
