This lovely town house is located on a steep stepped street high up in the village.

Built on three storeys, it provides very spacious accommodation with a high standard of comfort, coupled with stylish and colourful furnishings and decor.

The main entrance of the property opens into the lovely walled courtyard, with shade provided by a lemon tree. There is bench seating, making this a perfect spot to eat outside, and to enjoy the lovely views of the harbour and mountains opposite.

From the courtyard, you access the lowest level of the house which comprises a very light and airy living-dining room. It has a very high wooden beamed ceiling which gives it an added feeling of space. There is very comfortable  sofa seating which are also extra beds for 2 more people, a traditional corner fireplace and a dining table and chairs.

Steps lead up to the middle floor of the house, into the kitchen which is completely equipped for self-catering, with fridge-freezer, electric cooker, and hob, kettle, and dishwasher.

Off the kitchen is a bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom which has hip-bath plus shower and WC, and washing machine. This room is air conditioned.

A further flight of steps ascends to the top floor which has a hallway off which are three bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed and French windows onto a wooden balcony with gorgeous views of the village and sea. There is air conditioning in this bedroom.

The second bedroom has a "Greek double" bed which is suitable for two small children or one adult. It has lovely sea views from its windows.

The third bedroom also has a Greek double bed. There are ceiling fans in these bedrooms.

All the bedrooms have built in wardrobe space, wooden floors and ceilings.

Also off the hallway is the second bathroom which has shower and WC.

Villa Anna is an excellent and stylish accommodation close by to all the facilities of the village, and is suitable for couples, families or groups of friends.
