Thought for the day
All of us, the great and the little, have need of each other. - Aesop (c.620-560 BC)

Like all big cities, you could easily devote several whole days to simply acquaint yourself with its many museums and ancient sites. If you do not have this amount of time at your disposal but want to get a taste of Athens, here is your chance.

Setting off on the morning hydrofoil, you will be met at Aghios Constantinos port by your guide and air-conditioned coach. Once in the heart of the city centre, we take you by some of the famous sites (Syntagma Square, the Greek Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier) on the way to our main stop, the Acropolis, with its views over the city to the Saronic gulf. Your guide will give you information about the history of this beautiful and world famous site.

Afterwards you will have some free time to explore the scenic streets of Plaka below the Acropolis; here you will find tavernas, cafes, markets and great souvenir shops. We return with the coach and hydrofoil, arriving back in Skopelos late, but happy.
